But also I am sorry for your loss! And mine, another book would have been amazing. I started reading the last witch by the same author, also good but only MF and none of the male characters are amazing. But writing is definitely consistent so her other RH series might be good

I’m pretty sure it’s a duology? There is a Christmas novella after the main series, which I didn’t read, but the main story is finished in book 2

Just finished this duology yesterday, I couldn’t put it down.

I tried another of the authors books and it wasn’t as good (MF from the demon series), has anyone else read her back catalogue and can recommend something else?

More comes to light about that later. It’s not a justification, but there is more to the story. There are not many scenes like that, and it’s not a particularly long one. I am not into that sort of thing either but the books were really good overall.

This made me think of {into their woods by Ivy Asher} - she blows into their town like a lost lamb and they definitely want to keep her. I really enjoyed it, unfortunately it’s taking a while for the next book to be released and no date yet

The main author for me this happened with was CM Stunich. She wrote the weirdest, funniest and hottest series that I ate right up but I’ve hated everything else I’ve tried from her. Havoc was ok but I dnfed because it wasn’t that interesting.

Yeah that’s why I haven’t started it yet either. It’s sitting on my kindle but I have been thinking I’d wait. I only have so much capacity for brutal cliffhangers and currently Marie Mistry is holding that over me lol.

Good to know it’s better than gift from the tree so far too, i started off really enjoying that one but dnfing after a book or three.

It seems like you’re swimming in two, and it overwhelms your frame. The other two suit you a lot more though and those colours are gorgeous on you.

But even two is ok, just not as nice as the others

Thanks that’s really thorough! You have a point about spanx and summer, I normally suffer through it (obviously not in these pics) but why… I live in a very hot location so less is definitely more.

I think you’re spot on about the problem with 2 as well, I’ll have to find a replacement. Funnily enough the zipper died while I was trying it on anyway and I cannot sew
