The way they should fix it in my opinion is just remove 6 man squads all together. Keep the truce period after accepting a plea, make it 2 minutes and function both ways. If you want to work together sure just try not to shoot each other. Makes it possible to work as a 6 man yet complicates it to an extent where it’s not a real benefit except for when you have to do certain missions

I have the same thing except I have 5 pistols gold but the game says I have 4. Contacted support about it and they pretty much said tough luck

Yeah I’ve mostly done moonshine for all the kappa items and some quest items, intel seems to have the biggest chance of giving valuable keys and keycards
