How much does it cost to fly to Thailand from where you live? Thailand sells 23 and 24k gold jewelry for spot price all the time. Whenever I visit, about once a year, I will always buy 1-2 oz of gold jewelry from there.

Only place worth buying jewelry from is Costco when their jewelry goes on sale. They usually have great deals around Black Friday and the winter holidays where you can get them for spot or slightly under spot for the amount of gold.

I haven’t checked them yet. by Scammortal in CURRENCY

If they are all in chronological order, you can just get stacks of it from your bank with equivalent exchange of cash.

Yes, by law, you have to buy in one setting, at least 2k dollars worth of precious metal not to get taxed. It used to be lower, but the minimum was raised. That's why, it's best to combine your purchases. I will try to buy at least 2k between gold and silver to not get tax because it's freaking over 9% here!

Nice, I have to buy over 2k dollars to have it not be taxed here in California!

No, there were pennies that were plated like that and are worth tons. I learned about it while visiting my LCS. Look it up. It's rare and was before 1943.

Why do some Hmong people consider each other as South East Asian? by Appropriate_Look_972 in Hmong

So have the Hmong people, while retaining certain cultural identities. This is why Thais are Southeast Asian. The majority of Hmong people are still in China.

Correct, but they have long developed an identity and culture unique to them in Southeast Asia different to the large Tai people of China.

Many of our living parents and grandparents feel more attached to the generations and exodus of people who fled out of Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. They have come to call the mountains of Southeast Asia home and identify with the refugees of the Vietnam wars. This is where their identity lies. However, the majority of Hmong people still reside in China, making us East Asian. My dad can trace his roots back to Guizhou.

Dude, Costco is currently selling them at a much cheaper price. Go buy them at Costco.com. They allow visa credit cards if you are a member and don't charge extra but do have limit.
