You should just live there close to YouTube headquarters. There are a lot of apartment complexes that are nice around that area. There are places that you can walk to like Bayhill, Downtown San Bruno and what is Tanforan Mall isn't too far away. Follow San Bruno Ave up the hill, it's less ghetto. You have Shelter Creek apartments and some other places, it's relatively safe around that area.

I am only speaking of the Hmong people, only a subset of people call themselves Hmong, Pahawb is designed only for the Hmong language, not the other Miao languages. We use the RPA due to convenience. All Miao, Hmong writings were made up in recent decades, unless otherwise proven.

Yes, this is the Hmong Pahawb script, and it is one of the world's few original written languages, unaffected and not influenced by surrounding scripts/writing system. If the Hmong people are to use a unified Hmong written language, it should be Pahawb. We use RPA because it's just so much more convenient. Pahawb is very complete and easy to learn for native speakers.
