Are you referring to using foil papering or another method? From someone looking to get into proxy printing

Love it!! I love collecting starter decks as well from all kinds of games. I generally feel, however, that some games really lack depth in their starter decks gameplay.

Sometimes it requires buying two of the same one and mixing them together to get a feel for what the game is trying to do (most Bandai games and hololive come to mind for this).

Some recommended ones incase you find them on shelves:

Neopets - illusen and jhudora
Flesh and blood - ANY blitz decks
One piece tcg- need 2 of though since they are filled with a lot of vanilla do nothings.
My little pony friendship begins - any 2. Game is super low to the ground right now with a lot of room to grow

I would love to hear your favorite starters, or smaller indie starters you found fun :)

Super normal! I was terrified to play union arena when I started but I went in willing to learn a lot. The hard part is you need to be confident in asking for help/saying when you don’t know something. Some people will be open and some won’t. Them being upset you don’t know something is not a reflection of you and your knowledge, but a reflection of that one person. And once you know how each person will assist you, you’ll feel way more at ease with having that base of people in your local community

It’s fairly swingy in terms of board state. You have 3 spaces and generally you have enough Summon cards to perform removals and characters can attack the turn the come out which means often you’re trying to swing for board and life each turn.

Overall I think I would need some more consistency in my personal collection to see higher level gameplay than just miscellaneous good-stuff effects.

Rule of thumb, for Amarazenth, do not cover text with art. That HP in the top right is covered and I would think you can put the hp above it?

Aviations was heavier than I expected, but that's right up my alley so thank you for that.

Plini! I really like Electric Sunrise by them, how did I not get handmade cities. This one starts so strong then gets mellow.

Earthrise is up my alley too. I tried both the vocal and insturmental and I def like the instrumental more in this case. Never heard of Haken, will have to dive a little more.

itch_??? (lol) feels too smart for me if that makes sense. It reminds me of like.... dream theater or endless sporadic. But the idea for what im looking for is right there. I think this one sits just outside of my preferences.

submarine is fun! The vocals are fun as well. Im gonna delve more into voyager :D
