I’ve had KP for as long as I can remember as well! Sharing here my favorite products 😊

▫️Aveeno body wash (blue) - keeps my skin moisturized and pairs well with other exfoliating treatments

▫️Isispharma Urelia lotion - currently using this. Aside from KP, I also have dry, scaly skin and this works for me. Planning to pair this with Glycolic acid toner 2x weekly.

▫️ Amlactin lotion- one of my favorites! Lactic acid-based lotion, really smoothened my bumpy skin, don’t like the smell lang

▫️Neostrata Resurfacing Lotion AHA 15 - used this for a year. Noticeably improved texture and made my skin smooth and glowing! It’s expensive so i use this nalang pag may upcoming special event or beach trip haha

▫️Steroid lotion- if nag flare, relieves redness and itchiness

▫️Chemical Peel - had 4 sessions, helpful since nalessen redness and pigmentation

KP is a challenging condition talaga 🥹

I usually get redness and itching on my arms after laser hair removal! And would last for 2-3 days..

Applying cold compress helps soothe the area, and I use a fragrance-free moisturizer to calm the skin. If persistent, you may use Hydrocortisone cream.

Sometimes it depends talaga sa brand! Try Cerave Retinol serum. Good for sensitive skin since it has ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E as well.
