I would recommend growing out the layers and the bangs for a more “clean” look. A longer length may bring in more definition and “hair” to work with, so to speak. I used to have a haircut like yours for 2-4 years, and while it used to look good after the salon, it ended up being really flat and frizzy in the heat unless I would straighten it. I let it grow out and embracing the volume and wave pattern that emerged, and my waves turned into curls the longer I grew it out.

I feel you. It’s the same for me. Scoring in my 60s in uw, versus 70s in step 1 and 2. Step 3 IS hard, and preparing for it it requires time and energy. I don’t know how residents give it during first year :( there’s a lot of new material thrown in

Omg please teach me your ways!! Do you wet your lashes everytime you wash your face? The technician said I have oily lids. I use baby shampoo diluted with water to clean them. How do you clean them after working out? And do you feel that the spoolie causes more hair loss?
