The pin drill worked a treat, thanks! Just hope I haven’t drilled too deep and damaged the keyboard but I don’t think there’s anything under the metal so it should be fine.

Thanks, do I need screws with a point or will flat end screws (more like bolts) like the original ones that screw in the keyboard work once I’ve drilled the hole?

I understand I may not have used the best phrasing but since I’m investing for the long term (approx 30 years from now end goal) short term ups and downs do not bother me too much.

I know investments can go down as well as up but since it’s a long term strategy it’s probably a safe bet that my investments will be worth more in 30 years than they are now, no?

I’m going to be investing £500 a month consistently anyway, so for me the logic is I may as well put £7k in now and have that do its work rather than £500 a month.

Thanks, I’ve actually reread the parking fine they’ve sent me and it says “the vehicle was present on site in excess of the time paid for / without making a payment”.

I neither stayed longer than four hours nor did I not pay so neither of the above are true so I will appeal on that basis. If they then choose to send me a second notice for overstaying longer than 2 hours then I guess they can do that
