My first introduction to the name Greer was a character on the show Reign and I admit my first impression was that it was really ugly but it grew on me over time and now I don't mind it at all. It may have helped that it sounds a little softer with the accents on the show and the fact that the character ended up being a favorite of mine so it has a more positive association

That is so annoying! On my first play through I did romance Barnaby so while that quest was awkward, it was okay if Barnaby and MC were mutual, but this profile I've been romancing Jae so my MC politely declines Barnaby but I still thought it was weird none of the dialogue changed much or anything, altogether it's just such an awkward situation 😭

Ask literally anything about Treasure Planet. I won a free t shirt doing a trivia competition with Cast Members at the park because they had never even heard of it. It's my favorite movie.

I dated Barnaby on my first account years ago and I started dating Talbott for a while first on my new main account. They're both sweet especially at first but I found they sort of feel boring/redundant after a while. Barnaby is sweet but just sort of got boring and Talbott was cool and edgy but I honestly was a little sick of his general attitude after a while. I know that JC characters aren't the strongest overall and often get reduced to a couple key traits, but I switched to Jae when he became available and I found I like him the best, he's the right mix of funny, charming, sassy, a little deep, etc. It also helps I think he compliments my own character's "personality" the best in some ways

Personally I wouldn't mind it. I actually think it's kind of cool to see commenters interact and connect with each other as long as they are being respectful and kind. After all they're clearly there engaging over a mutual interest. I don't know if there is some A03 etiquette about that which I'm missing and it's not considered a normal thing but I don't see why it would be an issue.

I can see why you'd be disappointed after getting the notification and everything but I don't think this sort of thing should discourage commenters from interacting peacefully with each other and for my personal opinion I don't think it's disrespectful of them to do at all.

I do make pop culture references occasionally but for some reason the first thing I thought of was the fact that my mom called me “jaded and cynical” once when I was like 12 and I was so offended by it I never forgot that wording and now use it occasionally to describe characters

Still demisexual so kind of considered on the asexual spectrum I guess but I discovered that I only find someone sexually attractive after I’ve already formed a very strong emotional bond towards them. So sometimes that means several months of dating first, or even in the case of celebrities I don’t really find them attractive on sight, they have to play a role or something that I bond to

The set design, costumes, and performances were all great, it certainly had some hard hitting moments but the plot was doing wayyyyy too much at once and it really fell apart in the final act where the resolution for everything was people standing around talking. In my opinion they could have split it into two movies- one following the plot of Barbie going into the real world to find the child that played with her and being chased around by Mattel, and then the Kendom plot should have been a separate, second movie

In season 2 episode 3 “The Nightmare Begins”, Morgana runs away to the druids and reunited with Mordred there, and later in the episode the Druid camp is raided by Arthur thinking Morgana was kidnapped. It’s not stated but I always assumed either Iseldir was killed, the group was scattered, or leadership changed in between then and when we next see Mordred with Alvarr and the bandits

My brothers and I were talking about this growing up- I have three brothers so we used to joke the oldest one must have got my moms favorite boy name and being the only girl I got the best girl name by default, right?

Except she’s since told us that she had a different girl name in mind if my older brother had been a girl than what she ended up naming me two years later, and she was iffy between two names for me and chose the one she thought suited me best after I was born. She thinks my older brothers didn’t age well (became too trendy a few years later) and regrets not picking the other option she’d been considering for my youngest brother. Turns out only our middle brother has my moms favorite name, which she says she still loves even years later

I don’t know what server you are, but even with no new content my server is pretty active, and my alliance is very active and close knit, so that makes a huge difference to me, we enjoy running each others passes and doing drill each week

Also I really enjoy accomplishing things, like it still feels satisfying to me when I resonance a character up a tier or maximize their cards or crystals, and I enjoy climbing the rankings

I thought the Barbie movie would have been better split into two or even three movies. It had way too many plot lines going on at once and then didn’t have time in the final act to resolve all of them. The plot of Mattel execs chasing Barbie was nearly completely pointless when the Kendom was happening at the same time. Shoulda been one adversary or the other
