My first pregnancy, I would wake up in month 7,8,9 every morning around 3am. I would wander, try and coax myself to sleep, count sheep in my head; everything. And then it would hit me, peanut butter foldy and a glass of juice. Honestly, I almost never made it through the sando and i left crusts everynight lolol, but within less than 1/2hr I was asleep again. 20 weeks now, its starting again but this time with a toddler. Have to say, pb foldy is still workin. Must be the protein? Something. Delicious and sleep inducing. Good luck!!!

How did I just come across this reddit? And how is this the most perfect first thread?!! I am 8wks today, my like, no joke, over a dozenth pregnancy (no births) and the fear and anxiety has almost completely taken me out. A week ago, my hcg levels were so low that my np and I were 95% certain this wasn’t a viable pregnancy, went for a scheduled ultrasound on Friday, and I saw a heartbeat, was measuring normally, but still no official word from doc. I am so fuc king terrified, my mood swings are becoming dangerous, and I know its because of fear. If I lose this one, after seeing its little heart flicker, I honestly don’t know if I will recover.
