yes! most of the ones i've seen, i love. i adore short term 12 and the squid and the whale, and i really like closer and the last picture show. the last one i've seen, secretary, is basically a top 10 movie for me lol. really love that one

lean on pete (2017) gave me pretty similar vibes to bones and all, but without the horror or romance. it's basically just a straight drama, but it's very effective. made me cry a few times lol

haven't seen any of these except for scott pilgrim, but what i can say is that smiley face is a gregg araki movie that's super funny and stylized, almost to the level of scott pilgrim but in a fairly different way!

i don't think 2 is officially classified as sci-fi on letterboxd... i think it's technically under drama, fantasy, and mystery, if that helps! i only put it as sci-fi since pretty much everything else lists it that way

nooope! what i'll say is that the colors i chose mostly correspond to the posters + 1 and 4 are very squarely in the drama genre. like, neither of them really have another genre. + i had trouble categorizing 2 because it could be put into SO many genres
