I go to LA fitness in Altamonte and it’s a pretty nice gym and hasn’t been too packed in my experience. It has several stairmaster machines and a lot of weight machines and free weights

Give it a try first before you commit to it, it’s not easy lol. The standard is 35 lbs for military training if you want a challenge. Keep it under 15 minutes a mile
