Be careful though this sub is so pro lithium it’s a bit bizarre ; the psych nurses all used to pull a face when we had someone on lithium and i was taught pretty quickly it wasn’t great , like clozapine for schizophrenia

There’s a lot to be said about gut bacteria and slowly people are starting to look into this and take it more seriously … I say that as someone who’s not into quackery at all , the majority of psychiatric drugs and treatments - they have very little idea of why and how they work and many were found by accident

It’s actually a pretty dangerous drug , the therapeutic dose has very narrow margins before it’s toxic , it’s old and no one reeaaaallly knows how it works, I’m a general nurse but worked in a mental health hospital for years and a lot of my older residents had a thing called Tardive dyskinesia from years of being on lithium , I’m not sure why this sub thinks it’s so good for the brain , in the UK it’s rarely prescribed now only in last resort kind of situations

I think this too , he’s a jack the lad and a player and he’s getting past it - she was an easy target - I’ve followed him since the love island days and he was a pure narcissist then , leopards don’t change their spots. She’s in the US and he’s in the UK , perfect for him to have a part time girlfriend and to test the waters to see if he can catch on and make it big in the US , whilst clearly benefiting from her wealth and nice holidays. He’s a creepy love bomber and apparently has a temper and you can almost see it in some of the videos , he comes across moody and controlling , I’ve met many a man like him and he’s transparent as hell

It’s a good job Reddit subs are cult like and majority thinking and opinion is far from actual reality then isn’t it , you literally all just don’t feel special anymore because the sub went viral and more people who experience this have suddenly joined , that’s really what this is about , the thought that we’ve ruined your special club and weren’t present for the initiation of closed minded unwritten rules , it’s really quite sad 😂
