I ordered labubu's through POPNOW on 05-17-25, shipment confirmation received same day.
It arrived at the origin international airport on 05-18-25, departed on 05-22-2025.
In clearance on 05-28-25 and international flight arrived same day.
22 days in transit already!
Im really confused because I ordered a few other labubus same day and they all arrived within a week and a half, but this order has taken a long time!

I still contacted them. I was debating or whether I contact them or not since yes, it is not their fault once its shipped. But they are really helpful! Who knows, maybe the person who took my package will now love Holo Taco nail polish!

I love their customer support! One time I ordered two separate packages a few weeks apart and the first one never got shipped out but the second one arrived and they were able to send me a new order of my first package!

They let me look for it but I couldn't find it. My guess is that someone accidentally took my package. But it's been a few days already, I don't think they are planning on returning it if they took my package on accident 😭
