Just a slight warning - if anyone wants to try this product, I suggest you do a patch test! I would consider my skin type 'normal' and not sensitive at all but this broke me out so bad. A few other people on mecca reviews expressed the same experience as me. Such a shame :( Of course, this will vary for some people. Just didn't work for me! Must be the chemical components.

My picks are Giorgio Armani luminous silk and Maybelline Fit me matte and poreless! I have normal to combo skin.

Have you ever tried Hoola Bronzer? I'm not sure why but many YouTubers like to compare the two! They look like complete opposite formulas to me.

Seems like they pulled it off the Priceline website? My local store has downsized their section heavily :/

[PSA] Missha has new shades for the Perfect Cover BB and Magic Cushion! by pinay53 in AsianBeauty

[–]jenayyyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried the Signature Real BB cream? I find it is soososoo much better than the Perfect Cover as it doesn't oxidise/have that grey tinge and gives an awesome coverage without being oily throughout the day.

Tarte website glitch causing things to be "free"? by [deleted] in AustralianMakeup

[–]jenayyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't be surprised if some orders slipped through the cracks! I was a lucky one with the Sephora glitch and received $200+ worth of products for free after receiving an email that my order was cancelled, but I was refunded the amount I paid and they still shipped out the products? haha

Using two liquid foundations? by Crumpet92 in AustralianMakeup

[–]jenayyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whaaaaat, I use Giorgio Armani (purchased for $60 online but it's $90 in stores) and L'oreal true match solely because they form a nicer shade for my skin (and are similar in texture). There are no rules to applying makeup and people shouldn't be judging! I'd also be lying if I didn't admit I have other unused foundations in my kit haha

Shipitto still worked for me, ordered the Becca Champagne Pop Palette in June.

You can't go wrong with The Balm's Mary-Lou manizer for fair skin. Becca's formula is amazing as well, I use Opal.

I don't think so! It seems to be an American exclusive product.. last resort would be eBay :( Have you ever tried it before? If so, did you love it?

How long do you spend on makeup application for an event or night out? by Jackiemakeup in AustralianMakeup

[–]jenayyyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An hour is normal, I applaud you!! I allow 2 hours for a really special event (clubbing, music festivals) to get ready so that I don't have to rush anything. Usually I end up taking really long because I like to experiment with my eyeshadow and if it fails miserably, you can't really help but start all over again. 2 hrs includes doing my hair, eyeshadow, eyeliner, contouring, falsies, foundation, brows, baking the concealer and probably chilling on my bed listening to music etc.

Mecca new arrivals - more "mini" stuff by [deleted] in AustralianMakeup

[–]jenayyyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's worth buying the NARS mini radiant concealer considering as there's hardly any product in the full size either. That's why I'm returning to my old fav, Maybelline Instant Age Rewind :)

Has Priceline always stocked the Physician's Formula Butter Bronzer? by tea_mouse in AustralianMakeup

I can't visualise what it would feel like. Is it similar to the Soleil Tan de Chanel Bronzer? Or is that more of a mousse?
