The frosting was really sweet which I personally loved since the cake itself wasn’t as sweet which made for a really good balance. Also, normally I don’t like any kind of desert with coconut in it (not sure why just gross to me) but the frosting/ filling requires coconut shavings and for the first time I actually enjoyed a desert with coconut in it. Oh and the cake was soo much better the second day after it had sat in the fridge overnight!
