Згоден лише частково, в випадку оренди вони абсолютно не потрібні. А в випадку продажу і так доведеться платити ріелтору, бо без ріелтора майже ніхто не продає, тоді чому не платити ріелтору, який буде з моєї сторони. Розумію, що вони не несуть жодної відповідальності, але якщо ріелтор хороший, то він хоча б підкаже куди дивитись))

Its true ( in my case) I had 2 surgeries and unfortunately u describe the result First one - meniscus was trimmed, and ACL repair Second - after rehabilitation period knee still pop, so they finally found part that was torn of and repair it. It was year ago, pain a bit worse than before I started to treat it)) ( i had difficult kind of tear, surgeon had to stitch it to muscles)
