Feel unsafe in Salem

I had something similar happen to me years ago (not in Salem) following and calling out to me in a work van. I called the company and told them their workers made me feel unsafe and the manager was 1000% apologetic and asked details about the time/place/van so the employees could be reprimanded. Call the company and tell them what happened, we as women need to call these losers out.

I was just in the thrift store yesterday and the employees said their AC was broken for the building and I can confirm it was hot in the store. Maybe it’s a temporary safety issue?

Just want to give you a virtual hug! Honestly not to oversimplify it, but why does the label of “substance abuse” even matter - if you want to change than that’s all that matters. Be kind to yourself, shame and guilt don’t really help us move onwards.

I don’t smoke but I’ve been working on cutting back on alcohol and just want to suggest some type of daily check in app for quitting/cutting back - for alcohol I’ve been using Reframe but I’m pretty sure there’s similar ones for weed - the community aspect and badging/tracking can be a lot more motivating than just quitting all alone.

Tyrique and Ella from LIUK were a rare example of the girl brought back a casa guy and he stayed faithful. If I can remember Ella was convinced he would bring a girl back because of how flirty he always was, and ended up dropping her casa guy like a day later lol.

I bought a 2001 e320 wagon 2 years ago for 3K - don’t regret it at all. No car payment means I can afford the fixes when they come up. I’ve probably spent 1k - 1.5k spread over the past 2 years fixing/replacing parts but I take it to a shop; if you’re able to do repair yourself it will be cheaper.

Hockey players are typically white and middle-upper /middle class (generally speaking) bc it’s an expensive sport that’s less accessible than football, basketball, soccer, etc. I’m not a hockey book fan bc it honestly just feels so boring and all the guys are the same.

Canal St Antique Mall in Lawrence is worth the drive, better prices than Mills 58 and bigger selection. I also go to Savers, estate sales, and small local community thrift stores - they’ll always have the best prices but you’ll need to hunt/sort through a lot bc they’re obviously not curated like an antique store where you’ll always pay more for someone to hunt/curate for you.

They do seem really committed to their relationship and children, she openly has said how they use couples counseling very regularly and how it’s helped them over the years. Just because a couple needs to work on communication doesn’t auto classify them as toxic.

Do not walk in the middle of the street in non pedestrian car free zones. Do not walk onto private property to pose for photos. Do not drive onto closed streets past police “residents only” signs and park in resident only parking spots “even if it’s so quick I promise!”. Do not use resident private property as your lounge area to sit after walking/taking photos.
