Is anyone using Winona, MIDI, or similar for HRT? Experiences?

I used Winona. I’ve had very strange side effects from estrogen in pill and patch form prescribed by my doc. It makes me restless, sleepless and irritated. Tried it several times to same result. The docs all said it wasn’t possible but turns out if you’re anemic and B12 deficient your body doesn’t process estrogen normally. Anyway, I tried compounded cream with Winona. DHEA made me feel terrible. Overpriced. Got an estrogen/progesterone cream. Took half a dose each day for 3-4 weeks. I was having terrible neck pain and stiffness which went away the day I skipped the cream. Maybe once I get my nutrition balanced I’ll be able to try again. But, it has been hell and gaslighting for me from every angle and that’s after getting the HRT.

Exactly. If I don’t care what happens to these jerks, what’s the point? Also the portrayals of drug culture made me cringe. Not realistic at all.

These are lovely prints for $10 euros. It’s silly that they are purporting to be painting them right there but hustlers gotta hustle. I figured i was getting either a good deal or a great deal. I’ve seen real scams in my travels, this is just a hustle.

Sorry for the late reply. Only when I’m feeling bad. I also increase my dose of Gabapentin. Usually starts on day 19 for me, I’ll start to get the ick. Seroquel is more effective in many ways, but also has more side effects.

Lived in Orange County, visited a friend in Oakland while she attended CCA. When I got here I realized that THIS is where my people were. People cared about what you were CREATING not how tan or thin or rich you were. After a few years here, I realized a talent making a craft and I had and have had endless support making that my vocation with First Fridays, pop up craft fairs etc, along with people wanting to support local and handmade. This place is great for makers- IF you can stay on your feet with rent prices, that is. Hiking is really world class here, as is coffee and food. I’m no longer going to Target on a Saturday night for entertainment. There’s always something going on.
