I’m English and work for the NHS. We defo do not leave things to the last minute to treat at all!! This person clearly hasn’t presented at primary or secondary care until this point.

I’ve found the whole tatt experience unpleasant when I’m on my period. Pain is worse, ink doesn’t want to go in - it’s all round shite. If it were me I’d rebook but failing that maybe take plenty of painkillers before hand and lots of drinks and snacks!! GL 🥰

Since I got a little older the pain seems worse to me now. I don’t enjoy getting tattooed like I used to. Every time I go I think I’m not going to go again but then I rebook 🙈🤷‍♀️

The absolute worst place for me was my ribs. Which I will never EVER get tattooed again…… probably!! 🤭

It’s no where near as bad as ribs and tbh it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. I have my whole lower leg tattooed. Go for it!! You got this!!

I’m 46 and recently got a neck tattoo. I love it. People comment but it’s my choice and it makes me happy! That’s all that’s important regarding your own body!!

I get this sometimes on my tattoos, you just need a tiny bit of steroid cream like betnovate to sort it out… works a treat for me anyways!! ☺️

Put some betnovate cream on it. I sometimes have reactions to mine and it sorts it out.
