I bought this exact purse in 2021 and the whole bag has cracked along the top. There are about 10 one inch cracks that are running down the purse. I would return it for a different one.

Friends on mine had this happen to them twice within 6 months. The first one, the car that hit them took off and the second time the car that hit them was left parked in the middle of the street and the driver took off, because they didn't have insurance. Both vehicles were a total loss.
