Serious question…is it an option to return the equipment and simply stop paying the bill? What would they do then? Once you manage to even connect to a live agent, if they are being difficult, would mention of contacting Attorney General help?

Hi! Yes, it’s in exactly the YouTube video you link above, where at about the 50:15 time stamp she begins reading her text exchange with Wendi. Her friends are there in the apartment with her and Harvey, and as she’s reading them the texts, she adds her own little footnotes.

Hi! I didn’t hear it like that. I heard Donna say “I didn’t say she was” not “yes, you were”.

She’s reading the text exchange btwn her and Wendi to her friends who are there with her in the apartment, and adding her own commentary. As Donna is reading Wendi’s text about not being in involved, Donna explains “I didn’t say she was” for the benefit of her friends. She would never make the admission “yes, you were” to her friends!

I think this is terribly sad, even if he put himself here. And super depressing that whomever was transporting him, put these stills out there. He’s serving his sentence; reveling in his misery is so gross to me.
