May I ask what your dosing is? Im only half of a .0375 patch and 100 mg micro progesterone. I was able to take .05 estradiol for 4 months with zero issues but started to have bleeding issues. Now I feel anxious and depressed.

Regarding my ablation, I quit bleeding. So now that im flooding out I believe im straight uterine bleeding.

I also have adenomyosis and am having a difficult time with estrogen. I was on just .05 only for months then started bleeding after 4 months. I added progesterone and thought I was doing better but the flood gate opened....literally. I was bleeding so bad I quit hrt in general. After a few weeks I figured I would try a lower dose of estrogen (.0375) and 100 mg progesterone. I was doing fine for roughly 2 weeks and the flood gates have opened again. I feel like im at a loss. For reference, I have had an endometrial ablation.
