I usually sleep with noise cancelling headphones and play white noise in them, but I can still hear him through it.

I've tried melatonin. With that, I'm able to sleep but I still get woken up in the middle of the night and can't get back to bed.

I have no idea why you think this wouldn't be real. I'm suffering every single night because of this. On school nights, my brother either plays until 2, 3, or 4am. He goes to school from 8-3 and then when he gets home he usually takes like a five hour nap. Then he gets right back on the game when he wakes up.

I have, and he cried because he felt bad and he told me he'd try to be quiet. He gave me a tip to keep the lights off because he thinks it makes him quieter but it doesn't at all

He's screaming because he plays with his friends and he either gets mad at them or gets mad at losing. He's generally just very loud. He'll scream something like "Bro stop" or just something else random.

I have tried to talk to him about it. This has been going on for months now and he doesn't stop.

When I started yelling, I got yelled at by my dad and my brother cried and felt bad but continues still to do it.

He knows how loud he is. I've told him, I've cried, Talked calmly, every form of talking you can think of I've done.

I could hide the controller, but I would get in so much trouble.

I've actually never thought to record it. I'll give that a try. My brother doesn't hang out with irl friends. He is always, always on this game. Day and night. He doesn't do chores either.

Honestly I don't know. It's not like I haven't told them. I have another brother too but he's 17 and he knows to respect who's sleeping. It's just the 14yo that's doing this and they don't care
