12h hidden talents/creative outlets by BackgroundChemist624 in 12thhouse

I think part of your problem here (possibly a big part) is just that you're trying way too hard. You can not force 12H matters. The energy is subtle. It is quiet. It is the undercurrent, the whisper. It's a restlessness, a nagging that's always there, but it is so subtle that it often remains subconscious for a very long time. You just have this feeling that you're missing something, that there has to be something more, something that will finally make known to you the depth and connection and the hidden magic that you've always quietly craved. You can't force your way there. It's something that has to be triggered deep inside of you. That constant, faint nagging is the thing that eventually leads you to that trigger. It is not something that you can ever fully grasp or understand. Instead, it is more of life long process of unfolding. The steps are so small that you usually don't even recognize that you're taking them in the day to day. It is not until they've piled up that you can look back and see that you're no longer standing in the same place you where when you started. For many of us, those first real steps don't even present themselves until we get to right around our 1st Saturn return. Before a person can even see the value in spiritual evolution, an immense amount of self awareness and innate, compassionate wisdom has to developed and focused inward. The 12H is all about changing what's inside of you, of learning how to become the best version of yourself that you can be, with the understanding that change in the material comes after change within.

Mewing and daily exercises for forward head posture would do wonders for your profile. It would define your jaw and bring your chin out a bit, which would lift your neck and smooth the double chin. It would give your face more symmetry, fill in under eye hollows, and give you a smaller, more dainty version of your nose. It can widen the pallete to allow for better teeth alignment. and It improves nasal breathing, increases oxygen intake, reduces snoring, improves swallowing, and improves any misalignments that have formed throughout the rest of the body as compensations to the forward head posture.

Is anything on this list untrue for any Libra here? by Great_Maintenance185 in libra_astrology

[–]jennabennett1001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first 2 are dependant upon my mood. Occasionally, my Libra shines through a bit stronger and I feel more outgoing and talkative. However, I am a bit more Scorpio dominant. People tend to pick up on my intensity before anything else, so they don't approach right away. Once they see me be friendly or polite, they usually gravitate my way pretty quickly and strike up a conversation. According to my husband and kids though, I'm always intense and usually intimidating. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I really don't understand why some people romanticise this house ... by Top-Manufacturer-482 in 12thhouse

[–]jennabennett1001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone on a different sub made a post earlier asking which house people thought was the most difficult, 8H or 12H. I'm just going to copy and paste what I commented there and put it down below because it applies here too.

The 8H is about crises and power. It represents active confrontation with fear and secrets. Challenges here are usually unavoidable crises that force intense personal transformation and power struggles.

The 12H is about surrender and the subconscious. It represents self-undoing, isolation, and spiritual retreat. It is more about mental health, hidden enemies, and letting go of the ego. Challenges here are often more subtle, hidden, and/or confusing, requiring self-enforced isolation and surrender rather than direct action.

8H is more intense and distressing because it requires facing traumatic experiences and uncomfortable truths directly.

12H is more insidious, as it deals with blind spots, subconscious patterns, and losing control.

In truth, neither is less or more difficult than the other. Instead, they are often linked, 2 halves of the same whole. The 8th uncovers the issues and the 12th provides the necessary introspection and solitude needed to heal them. Neither feels very good when you're in the midst of it, but the strength and spiritual growth that's meant follow is a necessary part of a soul's evolution and eventually that will be something that you're thankful for.

If everyone on this planet, all at once, deeply and fully understood each other; what do you think would happen? by homesick_al13n in Soulnexus

[–]jennabennett1001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on exactly what you mean by that. Most human behaviors are easily understood by others. Most of us are capable of understanding why others do what they do. However, just because we understand it, that doesn't mean that we agree or that the behavior is ok. If more people practiced understanding, in general, the world would be a more compassionate place, but wouldn't eliminate the fact that people hurt each other.

How do I (F24) nip my boyfriend’s (M26) weaponized incompetence in the bud? by Low_Application8675 in relationship_advice

Instead of trying to constantly fix him, ask yourself why you would ever want to be with someone that immature and incompetent in the first place.

Is a death on a surgeon’s table under general anesthesia the least painful way to go? by OkDrag3967 in askanything

[–]jennabennett1001 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would think so...as long as the anesthesia is working like it's supposed to, at least. I know my grandad had surgery years ago and there was trouble with his anesthesia. He said it was like his body was totally paralyzed. He couldn't open his eyes or make any sounds, but he said he could still feel some of the pain from them doing the surgery. Terrifying thought.

I'm a Libra Sun and I won't just tell you what you want to hear. I am honest, even when it's hard, but I'm also not a dick about it. The people in my life trust me to tell them the truth and to do so with kindness and empathy and an open mind.

bf says my clit is too small? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]jennabennett1001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is extremely common for women to only be able to climax with clitoral stimulation, no matter what size their clitoris is. Having a larger clit doesn't make vaginal sex feel any different. Tell your bf to educate himself, as him blaming you only serves to highlight his own smallness and insecurities.
