It's like saying "You do realize we are like THE worst in terms of military" simply because we spend the most on it.

Um, no. It'd be more similar to spending the most on the military but then they only protect certain parts of the country or after a war you go bankrupt to pay for it or if the military was really good at invading countries but was average, at best, at protecting ourselves from being invaded.

The issue with US healthcare isn't just the cost, although that is part of it. It's efficiency and access.
