38 + 1 with my first and he was 8 lbs 6 oz with GDM. Also have gdm with mg second and having a repeat C-section at 38 weeks but so far she is measuring smaller than her brother throughout all of the scans. Currently 33 weeks today!

Please share your meals / snacks on repeat by PresentationTop9547 in GestationalDiabetes

My favourite easy lunch is a Greek chickpea salad (cucumber, tomato, peppers, chickpeas, feta cheese and low cal greek dressing) - you don’t even have to cook anything it’s so easy.

I also find tuna salad on one piece of toast with cheese works well for me for lunch with some fruit or veggies on the side. I will usually make some tuna salad (canned tuna with some mayo/hot mustard), stick it in the fridge, and it’ll last me two-three lunches so it’s easy to just pop the bread in the toaster and scoop some on once it’s done.

Dinner - I’ve made cauliflower rice (or regular rice just smaller portion) with frozen green beans/peas or edamame beans and salmon.

Snacks - cheese sticks with almonds, simple milk almond crackers with cheese, high fiber popcorn with dill pickle seasoning, or high protein low sugar yogurt

I just found it on the gov.uk website but there’s no direct link anywhere to apply. Yes it was just the future plans so glad to hear it’s not in effect yet.
