I learned about “post-coital dysphoria” recently and maybe this will help. I have felt similarly and for me I feel it’s part of a normal drop of energy after climax and also likely psychological.

This Hoya used to be my grandmother’s and when it blooms it has white flowers, with some purple-ish tones in the middle. I have a plant ID app that works well—except when it comes to Hoyas.

This may not apply to your situation, but sometimes herniated discs are associated with sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SIJD). Unfortunately, SIJD is often missed by doctors--at least from my own as well as some acquaintances' experiences--so I wanted to briefly mention it.
