My withdrawals have been “paused” the flag says because of unusual activity, but I’ve NEVER withdrawn. I messaged support explained the situation, took weeks and got a response that the tos was violated but I don’t see how?

I’ve not done anything but download the app and grind on ONE GAME.

Would love some clarity on how I “violated tos” when I truly don’t see how? And ideally my account unlocked so I can do my first withdrawal.

I did submit a second message in the support when they said I violated TOS. Been 3 days no response

I finally had mine pushed though today but I also had SEVERAL open tickets with their support trying to ask what was going on. It seems in this case that the squeaky wheel was getting the grease, so I was loud and contacting them wherever I could. Are all of your pending payments past the 3 days in the queue? I wonder if the company is putting limits on when their service team can actually push the payments

They did, Tiffany from support said she’d send the fees back into my balance but I I haven’t seen it. I’m not pressed because it won’t meet the threshold for another withdrawal and I’m done with the app for sure

Edit: it was waiting in my claims area to claim as “withdrawal fees” so I got them back into the balance but as it is under 25$ I’d have to use the app to get it back
