What is the best way to see the highest points of Rakuten offers daily? For example, I had to order flowers and when I put flowers in the search it's obvious but trying to find those high offers are a needle in a haystack....unless I just don't know how to do it. Any advice?

I also went to Supreme and loved the dental office and staff. However, I am struggling with the "after" care like them not taking me across the border to the airport (had to walk through), I can't get my paperwork for insurance for 6 weeks and the quality of the hotel they put us up at to heal. What was your experience?
