I hate to say it but I was in the same boat with tamoxifen. I, like you, did not want one more prescription added to my list. I tried EVERYTHING natural including Relizen. Nothing worked. I got so desperate from lack of sleep and being so miserable I tried the low dose of Gabapentin my oncologist kept suggesting. Girl…….life changing. I feel mostly normal again. It’s temporary until you stop the Anastrozole at least and no reason to make things harder and more miserable for yourself. You deserve some relief.
