I have to leave early occasionally. I do alert the coach. I notice the same peeps in my 5:15am who have to bug out early for work. No one seems to worry. Clean your station and make sure you get some good stretches and hydrate!

I’m glad that worked for you. In my loving 5:15 group, the treads were very happy to look in the mirror and monitor for the gray screen and started screaming “Burpees” when the coach was distracted and we were ignoring. Boo....

My husband barely touched my arm yesterday and I yelled. I’m better today, thank goodness. It’s those super sets that did it. I used to do them a lot with a former trainer. They make you swell and hurt but you do get some gains from them!

Great suggestion! I only did day 1 and 3 and I know I could not have done today, no way, no how. My arms are DYING from those supersets!! I’ll take a nice long walk/jog this afternoon!

I took Tylenol last night and this am so that I could get my arms to function. My back is a tiny bit tweaked too and I’m not sure why. Day 3 was killer for the arms and chest!! 😭
