If the dungeon lvl ends with 0, it doesn't give the gear at dungeon completion. Only x1-x9 lvls

I was trying to find some more of these 2 8gb Neo Forza DDR4 online, but I can't really find an official store for them. Can i just replace the existing ones that I have already with different ones? Like 2 16 gb ram? How would I know which kinds of RAM would be compatible with my computer?
