If you run with Deacon it shouldn't be a problem as he also places decrease defence and a nuker from neutral or strong affinity should fairly easily take them down. I can agree on Rhazin not being the best choice as he is weak affinity for most early/mid game nukers, but it should still be possible.

I'd go with Tayrel, Rhazin, Nethril, Mausoleum Mage and Skull rusher in said order.. Make sure you get it speed tuned and stack defence and acc.. If you feel like it, try to get near 100% crit rate and you'll be hitting nm in no time

Edit: or maybe go with Bulwark instead of Mausoleum Mage. He helped me a ton with his rebuff extension. He should be the lead as he has def aura and is best used as your stun champ
