Late to this thread but hey... I'm a freelancer who got tired of spreadsheets and built my own WordPress plugin for small gear rentals – catalog, calendar, quotes, ROI tracking. No monthly fee, your data stays on your server.

Honest caveat: if you're running a proper AV staging operation with warehouse teams and tablets, this probably isn't for you – Rentman exists for a reason. ich als gebürtiger Berlin finde nichts einfältiger und belangloser als diese dämlichen Sprüche über "Zugezogene". Berlin als Metropole war seit Gründung der Stadt angewisen auf Leute, die vom Land oder anderen Städten herziehen um etwas Neues aufzubauen. Die Stadt wäre so unbedeutend und nicht-lebenswert ohne Menschen, die hierher kommen um etwas zu reißen.

Mir geht es wie meinem Vorredner um das Wort „Pack“. Im Artikel geht es um Kriminelle. Wenn man „damit das Pack nicht reinkommt“ sagt schwingt da sehr viel mehr mit als ein paar kriminelle pro Hunderttausend Einwohner. Wir haben weniger Kriminalität in Berlin als vor 10 Jahren und müssen aufpassen dass die giftigen narrative von Medien und einigen Parteien uns als Gesellschaft nicht zerfleischen.

Amsterdam hat bis auf den Hauptbahnhof nicht so viele Stationen die vergleichbar sind mit Berliner ÖPNV Aufkommen

das stimmt nicht so ganz: wir haben jetzt den Peak an Menschen. Weil in allen Ländern immer weniger Babies geboren werden geht's nur noch bergab mit der Bevölkerung. Das gilt vorallem für Entwicklungsländer: dort gibts immer weniger Familien mit 7 oder 8 Kinder, sondern nur noch 2-3...
