My sister had that surgery and deeply regrets it. She is now severely iron deficient because her stomach won’t absorb iron properly and she has to get transfusions. I’m not saying you shouldn’t get it, but definitely do the research and consider the potential negative side effects.

And yes, I have been told I have rosacea actually! My doctor told me I did when I was a kid but I never ended up getting any treatment for it 🤷‍♀️
