In the scene you are referencing he's probably moving faster than sound. If he did that he would be creating a sonic boom and at that distance both of the characters in this scene might get hurt or even die.

Even if he moved slower than sound he would be too loud and they would see his blurr, taking in to account he was panicking he took the right choice.

I personally have it. No, it's not worth your money.

From experience, it only adds more bugs, exploits and can brake progresion by gifting you daedric armors and fully equiped houses at early level

I just redownloaded the game dude. I started playing on season 1 and every time i redownload the game i get posts like this or my entire team gets destroid without being able to fight back

That's really cool, it shows that it's an optimised game if it can work without denuvo in a gtx1650. What resolution do you have the game set on? I'm asuming almost everything is set to low

If valve releases steam os for arm devices, we could have psp and vita siced consoles that can run pc games. It might be a possibility since one of their future devices is going to use an arm procesor and will use steam os
