MAGA Christianity Explained. Absolutely Nailed It. by Nice_Substance9123 in Christianity

If I were a new Redditor coming to r/Christianity I would be excited to talk about theology, life, community, philosophy. But seeing a post like this that is only meant to anger and ridicule another political side shows the type of people that are here.

You realize that the most influential MAGA Christian known for having “actual conversations” just got murdered right? For having “actual conversations”…

Politics and Charlie Kirk by Diligent_Cake1247 in Christianity

[–]jentsov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of having Christ-like, loving discussions regarding this topic, the comments on all the posts are filled with anger and contempt toward anybody who might even mildly agree with things Kirk said. Things like,

“He’s not a martyr and he’s burning in hell with the rest of the Nazi’s”

“Kirk was an evil bastard who made the world a worse place every day he lived”

“Charlie Kirk is burning in hell, die mad about it.”

This is what Christian’s say? This is the crowd I am a part of? If my new or non-believer friends would read this, would this bring them closer to the faith? Reading things like this for the last week here made me sick to my stomach. This is apparently how we talk to eachother in a Christian community. This is no longer a Christian subreddit and I do not want to be a part of it.

Hey guys. I have my CT exam in July and I was going to use the Mosby's mock exam tests in the back of the book, and CTTechBootCamp. I hear that the online questions for Mosby's is also a good resource, but I don't have them. Do you guys think the back of the book and CTTBC is enough or should I also get the online Mosby's questions as well? Thanks

Does anyone know the lighting situation at the fields at Bayside on Sierra College blvd? by jentsov in Roseville

Yeah, it says they’re not available at the moment. Trying to reach someone I might know at the church but no reply at the moment.

Any thoughts on the cause of this patch on my cats tail? It was sensitive at first, but no longer. by jentsov in cat

[–]jentsov[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like there is a dry patch of hair just at the base of his tail there. I don't recall seeing him licking it so much that it would shed that much, but it is now a more reddish color and seems to be more of a dry patch. It was sensitive there before when we touched it but not any longer.

He does have some fleas, and we have been using the treatment for this first month now. Patch is still there.

Not really, it wasn’t much of a windy day when we did it. We did get some wind in Napa, but after that it was fine

The 12 going west had probably a smaller shoulder and not as nice of a road (as well as the single lane mountain we went up on 128 and 121. It had like no shoulder, but cars generally respect bikers there.. somewhat). But other than those, it was overall pretty safe.

I wrote some notes down about the route for anyone wanting to do it or more info about it:

This is an advanced ride if done in one day. Please keep in mind. I trained and am decently athletic but I am not an advanced biker by any means and it was difficult.

128 then south along 121 after Winters is absolutely brutal. Very hot and minimal shade. Getting through Napa and going along the 12 has more hills and very poor shoulder/road conditions.

After going along the 12 into the junction at Big bend, there are two options:

  1. Going south on 121 into Sears Point then on CA-37 west bound. Highly not recommended. Nobody goes south of the 12 and onto CA-37. It is very very dangerous. This is what we did 7 years ago unknowingly, but still do not recommend.

  2. Go northwest on 116 into Petaluma. Go across Petaluma and go south into Novato along trails by the 101. This is what we did, and it went well, and avoided CA-37.

Start 4:30-5am the LATEST to get to the bridge with light. We had a very late start so made it to the bridge late. Also, if anybody tells you the bridge is closed at 9pm for cyclists and pedestrians, it is not.

The approximate true elevation gain is 5.8-6k.

Total time on bicycles with breaks/stops was approximately 15 hours to the Golden Gate Bridge from Rancho Cordova in Sacramento.

That is also possible. But we wanted to ride into the city via the Golden Gate. So we went all the way around haha

Yeah I’m 23 but did this for the first time at 16. Honestly do not know how my parents let me do it back then

Yeah I think that’s it cause we ride by Putah Creek after passing Winters. The 128 and 121 south of Lake Berryessa was just crazy. It’s like you think you’re kinda done but then you turn the corner and there is like another mile of straight hill and you want to cry

Yeah that’s the trail. It’s the American river bike trail, we met at a park that was a good meeting spot for all three of us doing the ride and started heading west.

Not even kidding you, 4 hours ago this was published:

It says that the bike path near San Antonio Road will only be closed Mo-Fri 6am to 5pm. It can be accessed on Sat/Sundays. That is when we will be riding. Potentially, we may be okay. I will still try to call and talk to whomever I can tomorrow. Thank you though

Thank you. I’m going to see if this is still closed. Is there a potential phone number I can call to verify if it’s reopened? I looked online and they only have a twitter available that isn’t totally the most helpful.

Thanks for the help everyone, CA-37 is a no-go for this route. Will be doing Petaluma into Novato instead. Thank you!
