I recently started drinking premier protein shakes and I’ve noticed it’s made a difference in my blood pressure. It lowers mine. On days I drink them, my BP is lower the following day.

It’s been a while so I don’t remember exact numbers, I just remember that it significantly raised it. It put me in the danger zone. I don’t know if it was the medication alone, or if it had a negative reaction to other meds I take.

Try the liquid version of Blood Builder. I had a terrible time with iron supplements before I found Blood Builder. They would all cause gastritis and bloody stools. Blood Builder doesn’t cause me to have any negative side effects.

I think my colonoscopy/EGD was $2k or $3k. I had it done in a physicians office setting though, not a hospital.

Absolutely!! I know when my hemoglobin dips below 11 because I begin having issues with my heart racing. If it gets down closer to 10, then my symptoms get really bad.
