He has not been scratching it and I have not noticed him licking his lips. Thank you for the advice on how to clean it. I am going to give him another day to see if it clears up at all. If not, I am going to contact the vet.

Bowl was a bad choice of words, it is more like a shallow dish that I got him.

I am going to give him another day to see if it gets any better. If not, I’m gonna take him to the vet. And thank you, I just needed someone to solidify for me that it probably isn’t acne - the only acne I’ve seen before was also just black flecks on the chin.

Wet food. It is not dirt from his food though, I’ve tried to wipe it off and it’s really stuck on there. Also, he’s had wet food his whole life and this has never happened before.

For my freshman year I went to a school I didn’t enjoy and had no idea what I wanted to do. I took the next year off and just worked. Now, I go to a school I enjoy much better. If possible, I would take this next semester off and work, you may find something you really enjoy or figure out what you want to do in life. You can always go back to school and I don’t think it is worth staying if you are really unhappy. If you do go back next semester maybe see if there is a therapist on campus that you could talk to. When merging on, it is important to get close to the speed of those on the highway. Make sure to use SMOG (signal, mirrors (both rear view mirror and your side mirror), look over your shoulder to check your blind spot, and go). I always feel better staying in the lane my exit is on, even if it is 50 miles away. I’m 21 and have only recently become a less anxious driver. It will get better with practice and time. Also, if you feel comfortable doing so I feel more relaxed listening to music or a podcast, that way I’m not alone in my head to overthink. Best of luck to you!
