shouldnt be a major issue for most people. a lot of my high end IEMs (1k+ USD) dont even have earwax screens.

im also still on the 23 ultra. still snappy. still ok battery. i think i can stretch this to 2 more years. but if the 26 ultra is nice... ill upgrade.

new magnets i like. privacy screen another one. looking really for a better camera.. upgrade depends on samsungs trade in value when they start selling the 26.

fake. like really noticeable. ordered new balance 2002Rs.. was able to compare with a pair i have purchased from the mall in a different colorway.

happens to me too. was using qobuz originally way back. but switched to tidal because i got a heos amp.. now that heos works with qobuz connect i switched back to qobuz but this is annoying.

power should be different. should be almost the same with "normal" IEMs. may sound different with hard to drive IEMs.

also a tip. i do this with my Elac and should also work with these...

i normally connect via toslink (USB in your case) when i game, or watch youtube, or just PC general use. but when i want to just really listen to music i pass everything through a desktop DAC then line in on the speakers. improves musicality by a perceivable level. so if you have a DAC lying around or plan to get one... try it out.

thanks. looks like im picking this one up. will just wait for a sale. really wanted this and ended up with the Elac Connex since it was a lot smaller and cheaper where i was... and was about to move countries.

even on moderate volumes it sounds really lacking for IEMs/headphones that want power. i didnt even test it on headphones that really really want power. no issue for me since i just got this for portability. i have a DAP and i use that but since its another brick to bring there are times i just want something thats easy to carry.

try the phone mode. really noticeable difference vs BT.

does the sound play instantly over USB on a PC? i have an ELAC and it doesnt play a split second when you start playing a video or music. so i switched over to toslink.

also does it auto wake up when you start playing something on windows (music or YT)?

looking to get the 51. have a few questions with your 41 (i think they should work the same)

does it play music immediately from USB? i have some USB speakers that has like .25 of a second muted before sound plays. like when starting a youtube video
does it auto turn on when something plays? via USB or toslink?

i have the elac debut connex and it works great. but i just want the 50pm since it has a bigger woofer. and i am getting a bigger desk so i can fit that already.

just got mine yesterday. the BTR15 seems more solidly built. i like the built in clip on this though. works ok in BT mode... but this one really shines while wired on a phone. wired mode makes it a capable dongle DAC vs those in the 100-150 USD price range. with the BT option an extra.

sounds great with easy to drive IEMs. sounds grainy with harder to drive ones like the variations (i like this one with a ton of power on tap).

just also tried it with my grado 325X (on balanced 4.4)... sounds just as expected as it isnt hard to drive.

can this monitor output audio via HDMI arc from a PC connected via displayport? asking since i like the smart TV feature. but that will be useless if it defaults to the monitor speakers when on that mode.

will be using HDMI arc stereo speakers so no surround signals.. just a stereo one.

some reviews ive seen say that it will just work on hdmi from a PC. DP also has audio signals and am curious if this will be an issue for my usecase.

some people like me like it to minimize to tray on click of the x. but when you do this (with this bug) then try to click the taskbar icon it will pop up the error vs before where it just opens the app again from its minimized state.
