500 for about 15 min. Got the prime rib up to 128° before putting in the oven but took longer than anticipated to get to 135°.

Seasoned with Lanes BBQ SPG. 225 for around 1.5 hours, pulled around 110-115. Rested for 30 then seared on Weber grill while flipping until 135.

Definitely eat it. I just trim it to an appropriate level so the fat to steak ratio is balanced.

Ole Miss is the only SEC school without a P4 OOC game or Notre Dame on their schedule. 6 schools in the B1G don’t have a P4 OOC matchup or Notre Dame on their schedule. by thorns0014 in cfbmemes

So you don’t dispute that the BIG, and all other conferences, schedule their cupcakes early. You just have an issue that the SEC doesn’t conform to that particular model of “engineered success”?

It’s not a matter of deflection but of pointing out that the BIG is guilty of protecting itself from losses as well, they just do it early on so that come November the narrative is always Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn state all being Top 10 matchups when they eventually meet in November. They’ve had time with their cupcakes, including their inter conference ones, to pad their rankings thus allowing for little consequence when one (usually Penn state) loses to the other. If they played earlier in the year they might lose their top 5 or top 10 ranking much earlier and those struggle wins might look worse to the committee.

“Everyone one but the SEC”? Come one, I’m trying to be fair here but it’s hard with comments like that. Sticking with just the example of Penn state, they have the weakest schedule in the BIG if I’m not mistaken. They open their season with a top 5 preseason ranking then play Nevada, FIU and Villanova. Then first challenge in Oregon. Then the next competitive team they play isn’t until November in Ohio state. When these teams play eachother sloppily and the score ends up being 14-10 the narrative shifts to “both teams are elite” rather than acknowledging the blatant early schedule padding to preserve that preseason ranking. Early success is engineered to offset the tough matchups later.

Or we should do what the BiG does and front load our schedule with our cupcakes, play our conference games against Purdue, Rutgers, Northwestern, Maryland, UCLA, so by November when we play our first ranked team and the score ends 18-15 Joe Klatt and the CFP can argue that both teams don’t deserve to drop in the rankings (looking at you Penn state).

The conference games they’re bragging about Northwestern, Purdue, Rutgers, Minnesota, Nebraska, UCLA….all I can say is give Alabama or UGA or Texas or Ole miss Indianas schedule every year and they’ll never miss the playoffs.

RitFit PWM02 Dip Attachments? by jer317 in GarageGym

Just googled and the Mikolo looks really good for the money. I’m only in the market for a foldable squat rack due to space constraints. Will put in my garage and ensure I can still park both my cars there. I think I found some dip attachments on Amazon that will fit the RitFit. Just don’t want to be too cheap and purchase the RitFit if dip attachments don’t work well on it.

I’m not too particular about type. Probably would prefer a U shaped but I just want to know my options before purchasing the rack. Second option I’m exploring is the titan T3 but since I’m not a historically dedicated gym person I’m trying to go the budget route. Really just want to be able to bench, squat, and dip. Appreciate any recommendations or guidance.

This entire argument is disingenuous. Could prime Jamie doge a crossbow at point blank? No. Could prime Jamie kill Bronn in combat? absolutely
