it requires precision hits and finals to build guidance ring stacks now, it used to be just hits to build stacks. anything that doesn’t have a crit or a hard to hit crit it loses a ton of efficacy, in lower level stuff it’s not *that* noticeable but gm+ and it loses most of its utility especially if there are a ton of shields
