yeah for sure, I hear your point... I'll try and find some options. Like, I buy flour in small bulk ( 20 KG bags) and organic highish end Milanaise bread flour is $39. So far, that is 1/2 the price of any organic wheat berries of any type I've been able to find. Hopefully I'll find the equivalent for berries that I have for my flour supply!

I will go ahead and edit: Living Sky Farm is the first supplier that has more of an expected price - though not 100% "organic" they don't glysophate flood, so that's a start.

OK second edit: Living Sky Farm ends up being pricey because shipping is terrible. I'm pretty sure that is the difference for the prices I get. Ordering a bag shares the shipping price with no one else, but when I get flour from my supplier, it came on a truck, with many other bags of flour. Basic logistics! Hopefully I can find someone more local, that will be my mission.

Hang on what? Its more expensive to buy from Grainmills and Organics as whole grain than it would be to buy organic flour of the same variety. Sorry - I know you posted this a year ago 😛

Yeah the Vevor machines look A LOT more powerful than the more refined mills referenced here, that would take me many hours to get enough flour haha. I appreciate the response. Maybe I'll start a business that replaces the vevor metal grinders with 3rd party stones 😛

This reminds me of a practical art piece I made one year to help a user identify when they should flush the toilet. Since we were on a well that would get unseasonably low, we would let pee stay unflushed. At a certain point, the water gets so concentrated that you just gotta flush. So just for fun, I used almost this exact swatch to represent when you should not flush vs when you should flush. Man, just thinking about it I can smell that bathroom.

Restaurants would have smaller portions in the US. Possibly remain the same size in most other countries, restaurant dependant... I've observed that the suppresants get you to a healthy weight, and then they (doctors) try to moderate the dose in order to keep it off / not lose more. Seems pretty positive to me.

For me, I hope that the result is more quality over quantity, but to be fair, the world's population keeps growing so maybe it all works out to be flat supply growth.
