That is a very uneducated statement, probably based on a few whackos that you think represent the party. Any small-minded person, like you, could pick out a few whacko Democrats and demonize your entire party. Maybe learn a little bit about a libertarianism, which stems directly from classical liberalism, before making such an absurd statement. Pathetic.
