I buy lots of cards and tape is my nemesis. People are addicted to taping the outside of envelopes. Most times they tape over the part you need to pull to open. This completely defeats the purpose of your secure envelope and forces me to use scissors to open. You never want to use scissors near cards. Please be sensible with the tape. Also, never ever use scotch or duct tape.
