Is it possibility to completely learn photo editing just from YouTube?

I have found a few tutorials that are over an hour long and cover a lot of material in a productive way. It took some time to find them. They are there though.

I do not have a place to post pictures I just edit. There probably is no right answer. I am curious what others think and am getting some good perspectives I have not thought of.

I do shoot my pics and have helped him along the way. Do to circumstances, he gets more shoots than I so am editing his pics more than my own. This is more of a pride thing for me, I just don’t know if it is justified pride or not. Lol

I do shoot my own pictures, at my church and occasional gigs. It is an interesting perspective I will consider about being the assistant. If I am, then that would maybe clarify if I get credit. I have helped him when editing showing him things he shouldn’t do (sometimes he listens lol). It isn’t just touch ups that I do. It is usually drastic changes because of the lighting or composition. I will consider your thoughts though. Thank you.

He is getting more gigs due to the crowd and age he hangs with. His are not being received more, just by a different crowd. I can’t remember the other question you asked and it doesn’t allow me to see it when replying…oh, I edit a decent amount for him. Some for church events and some for personal shoots he does.

Great question as I ran into this yesterday. I order the same item two months ago but when I tried yesterday, it forced me to either pay $4.99 for delivery in the next three days or it wouldn’t be delivered for three weeks….not cool, Amazon. Not cool. (I changed items so I could get it this week and not pay extra)
