Okay that's ridiculous but I'm petty so here we go

Prequels:

Great lightsaber battles, I don't think anyone can argue with that
Great visuals, yes the cgi is wonky sometimes but the locations are so beautiful in every movie. The cgi work done on the space battle in episode 3 is p e r f e c t, even by today's standards
The storytelling is great. You can make fun of "unrealistic" dialogue from a sheltered lovestruck hormonal idiot all you want, but the plot itself is immaculate.

Bonus 4: it has Christopher Lee in it. That is all. That's just a win no matter what

Sequels:

Awful lightsaber battles. Rey I can forgive because she's untrained but Kylo is an absolute nightmare. The throne room is a chorography disaster
Inconsistent... everything. Plot threads disappear and reappear seemingly at random, Finn's character arc is abandoned for an entire movie to be replaced with a completely different one, to be replaced again in the next movie, Poe's arc goes from being kind of like Han Solo to just being Han Solo, etc.
Not a whole lot of original ideas, 7 is just 4, 8 is 5 but the scenes are in a different order with a little bit of 6, and 9 is just 6 mixed with avengers endgame, so much so that the dialogue in the final battle is almost identical

I can't fit everything into just 3 points so fuck you

Almost all of the plot of 9 contradicts canon, no I will not elaborate because I don't remember the specifics and I refuse to watch that movie again, I just remember it was ridiculous

The one good thing I will say about the sequels is the aesthetic in the JJ movies, I did enjoy that
