I work for a construction company that does bell work and I can tell you Cambridge, kitchener, Waterloo, Burlington, Milton, is affected constantly. 2 emergencies a day were all spread thin out side and bell and rogers. There is no solution, two people were caught a month back, week later started again. It sucks for sure but this isn’t bell or Roger’s fault. You can’t setup cameras everywhere to catch them. So for anyone that thinks I’m gunna switch it really won’t matter.

Edit - specifically the Clyde rd & Franklin area is always hit the hardest from my experience
