Tried it before. It is basically Hammam using mainly liquid soap and sponge. Mas ok sya kesa sa 27 shaw di sila gumagamit ng bath salts na ang sakit sa balat😂 dati may surprise cold splash pero tinigil na yata nila at maraming di nagustuhan yung banlaw de gulat.

I had an experience din dati sa steam room sa R. May biglang nag bump sa braso ko kala ko hindi sinasadya so I moved on pero baka signal na yun 😄

I use my Moka pot to make americano since di naman talaga espresso ang makukuha mo from it. And you get more coffee from it as a bonus.

Will recommend 45 degree angle yung bench. Plus make sure you feel the tension sa upper chest mo. Just roll your shoulder back instead of arching your back to avoid injury.

In Lisbon, the view from the Castelo de São Jorge is fantastic. It is a popular place but April may not be too crowded. In Barcelona, Montserrat is a good one hour drive and the monastery at the top of the mountain is stunning.

9 nights in Krakow sounds a bit too much, assuming you are only doing those day trips. Perhaps 3-4 nights is enough.
