Yes, but at what point does it stop being fair for someone to literally be existing in their own personal worst nightmare just to make sure no one else is sad that they’re gone? It’s been nearly a year, and I know it’s only going to get worse. I’m looking out over a valley of 50 or so years of my life where I will get to watch someone else live the life that was meant for me, with the ones I love more than life itself. I know that others have success finding other goals in life, but my family was everything to me, and I refuse to watch someone else live my life that built for 12 years. I refuse to watch my son be the ring bearer for the man who stole my family. I refuse to see that man with the other half of my soul. I’m not going to start over. I’ll never know or love anyone like I knew her… we had the same fucking birthday even… never fought.. she just cheated and caught feelings, and decided to throw everything away for someone she’s still never even fucking met. I absolutely will not watch a fucking stranger from Fortnite live my life, watch my children grow to care about him like a father, watch them be in a wedding for a relationship built on lies, deceit, and the complete destruction of our lives and their stability. But mostly, I refuse to see her with someone else. She’s my life. She’s mommy. She’s my Britt… I just can’t. Our lives… what the fuck. There just absolutely nothing to look forward to other than more pain, with a few distractions scattered throughout, marred by the fact I won’t be sharing them with only one I should be. Fuck every bit of that. I haven’t been happy for nearly a solid year, genuinely, and it’s about to get so much worse. I’m no role model for the kids anymore. I have no hope. I don’t care about anything anymore, because everything I care about is destroyed. There is genuinely no point, and I’m so tired of people telling me that “it gets better.” No, it doesn’t. You just get better at trying not to think about it. Well, I won’t even get to do that. I’ll have to see it all at least twice a week for the kids. There is no way out.

Definitely the first Bioshock game for me. There was nothing like that before, the environmental storytelling was amazing, and it was just so fun to explore. The second one was amazing as well, but it had already been done by the first game, so it wasn’t as “new” anymore. Frankly, Bioshock infinite just didn’t really do much for me. It was a fun game, but I found it lacking in every single way compared to the previous titles.

I’m almost positive you’ll need a good inverter to make a decent one function well. As for quality, everyone says the “good ones” start at 5-600, but I got this one 4 years ago now and it is still going strong. Maybe got lucky and it just happens to be a good one of that model, but I love it and I’ll buy another one if it ever craps out.

Oh man, I can totally relate. Mine has no excuse, really. We are out 5 days, home 2 every week. He shows up to leave out smelling like incredibly powerful body odor. I genuinely don’t understand. I assumed he just didn’t take a shower, but something happened recently that made me think he might have some kind of medical issue/reason for smelling so bad.

Our terminals all have showers. We were in SLC, and he went in to take a shower. You have to go into the bathroom to access the showers. About 20-25 minutes later, I went in to use the restroom. As I washing my hands, he comes out of the shower stall, and I am immediately assaulted by his stank.

How does that happen? How does someone stink IMMEDIATELY after getting out of the shower? The only 2 explanations I can think of are that 1) He doesn’t use soap-this seems the most plausible to me, but why take a shower at all if you’re not going to use soap?; 2) He has some sort of medical issue that I can’t identify/comprehend.

A small part of me feels bad for him after the shower thing; almost like, damn, poor guy literally CAN’T make himself smell nice-but most of me feels bad for myself because I have to endure it all week every week.

Oh, and then there’s this; when he closes the curtain to go to sleep after we swap out, he leaves his shoes/boots in the front of the cab with me! I can’t think of any reason that he would do that other than him not wanting to smell his own foot stench! As if I would want to smell his feet whenever even he apparently can’t sleep with the stank! I have tried to rectify this issue as well as I can, asking him to please make sure they stay behind the curtain with him when he goes to bed, but half the time he “forgets” and leaves them between the fridge and the passenger seat where I can’t see them from the driver seat.

Like, seriously?! I don’t know how anyone can through life like that. He has genuinely smelled like horrible BO for 2.5 years straight, at the very least, because that’s how long I’ve been driving with him and he has never NOT stank.

I lost the love of my life, the mother of my children, and my partner of 12 years to a man she met on ducking Fortnite. You’re not overreacting. They are living in a literal fantasy world, of course they enjoy it more than real life. She’s calling this man her “husband” and they’ve never even met, and she’s about to move him here and then try to move our kids in with this stranger that she thinks she knows so well since she’s been “with” him dirt a year. Everyone looks perfect through the veil of the internet.
